I have just spotted a Wedge Tornado.

Scary black thing.

The rotation was amazing.

Debris, can easily be seen flying around the base.

Its heading East of our location.

|Notice the shape is shifting.

Now on the other side.

Starting to die.

Getting Weaker. Fire Crews on the standby.

Nearly dead.

Actually, not quite yet.

Cone is silent.

And it pops itself back down on the highway.

Tornado reforms on the other side of the road.

A thinner funnel this time.

Still very scary.

Funnel off the ground.

In a different position watching for lightning.

BANG!

The storm eventually got to us and a bolt hit the buildings behind us..

A bolt in the distance.

Rain was preventing us from getting a clear shot.

A night time tornado and straight line winds rip the Semi Trailers off the road.

Rescue services all on scene.

What's left of a B-Double Semi.

A total of 4 Semi's and 1 truck were overturned.

A scary night, and a very close call indeed.
